Special traffic arrangements for Tin Hau Festival

     Police will implement special traffic arrangements in various districts to facilitate the celebration of Tin Hau Festival.

Sai Kung
-----------

     The following traffic arrangements will be implemented from 8am on April 24 to 6pm on May 25:

A. Road closure and traffic diversions

- Yi Chun Street between the ingress of Yi Chun Street Refuse Collection Point and Man Nin Street will be closed;
- Nin Chun Street between Man Nin Street and Yi Chun Street will be re-routed from one-way southbound to one-way northbound;
- Man Nin Street between Yi Chun Street and Nin Chun Street will be re-routed from one-way southbound to two-way traffic; and
- Traffic along Man Nin Street heading for Po Tung Road must travel via Man Nin Street and Nin Chun Street.

B. Suspension of parking spaces

     The following parking spaces will be suspended:

- Metered parking spaces on Man Nin Street (No.28081 to 28086, 28088 and 28089);
- All motorcycle parking spaces on No.24-32 Man Nin Street;
- Metered parking spaces on Yi Chun Street (No.28091 and 28093 to 28096); and
- Metered parking spaces on Po Tung Road (No.28025 and 28027).

     All parking spaces in Po Tung Road Car Park will be suspended from 8am to 8pm on May 14.

Tsing Yi
--------

     The following traffic arrangements will be implemented from 8am to 4pm on April 28:

A. Road closure

- Tsing Luk Street between the carpark exit of Tsing Yi Garden and the taxi stand near Tsing Yi Estate Bus Terminus; and
- The slow lane of southbound Fung Shue Wo Road opposite to Tsing Yi Rural Committee.

B. Traffic diversions

- Traffic along southbound Fung Shue Wo Road heading for northbound Tsing King Road via Tsing Yip Street and Tsing Luk Street must travel via southbound Fung Shue Wo Road, Fung Shue Wo Road roundabout and northbound Tsing King Road; and
- Traffic along northbound Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road heading for Tsing Yip Street via Tsing Luk Street must travel via northbound Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road, northbound Fung Shue Wo Road and eastbound Tsing Yip Street.

     Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the areas. Motorists are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions of the Police on site.
