Reporter: Can I ask about Carrie Lam? You just mentioned that she is a suitable candidate or a suitable person to become the next Chief Executive. Can you explain why you believe that?
Secretary for Food and Health: I have to make it clear that the reason I responded to this particular question is that in the past four and a half years, I have been working very closely with Mrs Carrie Lam. I consider Mrs Lam is a very capable person with the heart to serve Hong Kong people. I would limit my comment at this stage.
