Tenders awarded for two petrol filling station sites

The sites at Princess Margaret Road, Kowloon (Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11261) and 338 Tai Po Road, Kowloon (New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6570) were awarded to the highest tenderer, PetroChina International (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited.
The successful tender was submitted on the basis of a single amount of tender premium for the purchase of the two sites collectively as one package. These two sites are existing, re-tendered sites for the development of petrol filling stations. Four tenderers took part in the exercise, which produced a total of nine tenders.
The tenderers other than the successful tenderer that tendered in respect of each lot (individually or as a package) and in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:
