(b) Apartment No. 1 on 4/F and car parking space No. 5 on C2 Floor of Block A, Elm Tree Towers, 8 Chun Fai Road, Hong Kong (at $31,810,000).
The tenders for the following three properties have been cancelled:
(a) 13/F of Block 42 and car parking space No. 138 on the Upper Ground Floor of Blocks 41, 42, 43 and 44, Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, Hong Kong;
(b) Apartment No. 2 on 29/F and car parking space No. 6 on C2 Floor of Block A, Elm Tree Towers, 8 Chun Fai Road, Hong Kong; and
(c) Flat A-2 on 1/F of Tower A and Car Parking Space No. 51 on the Lower Ground Floor, Wilshire Towers, 200 Tin Hau Temple Road, Hong Kong.
All tenderers have been informed of the tender result in writing.
