S for S to visit UK, Switzerland and Germany

Mr Lai will depart for London, United Kingdom in the early hours of November 28. During his stay in London on November 28 and 29, he will call on senior government officials of the Home Office and the Legal Aid Agency, and visit the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).
Mr Lai will proceed to Geneva, Switzerland where he will meet with senior officials of the International Organization for Migration on November 30.
Mr Lai will then fly to Nuremburg and Berlin, Germany on December 1 and 2 respectively, during which he will meet with officials at the federal level responsible for refugee matters, including the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees as well as the Federal Ministry of the Interior of Germany.
Mr Lai will depart Berlin on December 2 and return to Hong Kong in the afternoon on December 3.
