CE meets members of Confederation of Indian Industry (with photo)

     The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, met visiting members of the Confederation of Indian Industry today (November 4) to exchange views on issues of mutual concern.
 
     The Chief Executive briefed the delegation on the latest development opportunities in Hong Kong. He said that with the combined advantages of "one country" and "two systems", Hong Kong could play the role of "super-connector" for Indian business to explore opportunities in the Mainland and the region.
 
     The Chief Executive pointed out that Hong Kong and India have longstanding community ties. He added that in addition to strengthening economic co-operation, both places have substantive scope for development in innovation and technology as well as education.
