Government to sell two sites by public tender

The two sites are New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6584 off Sin Fat Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, and New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6557 at Kai Tak Area 1E Site 2, Kowloon. The tender invitation for New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6584 will commence on September 30 and close on November 11. The tender invitation for New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6557 will commence on September 30 and close on November 18.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6584 has a site area of about 18,261 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 46,073 sq m and 76,788 sq m respectively.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6557 has a site area of about 14,159 sq m and is designated for non-industrial (excluding residential, godown and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 61,167 sq m and 101,944 sq m respectively, both including the gross floor area of a public vehicle park to be constructed by the purchaser.
Land sale documents including the Forms of Tender, the Tender Notices, the Conditions of Sale and the sale plans of the two lots will be available for downloading from the LandsD website (www.landsd.gov.hk), and the sale plans will be available for distribution and inspection by the public from September 30, when the particulars of the tenders will also be gazetted.
