Solo comedy theatre production "KAPUT" to be staged in July (with photos)
************************************************************

The hilarious physical theatre production "KAPUT", featuring a silent movie-style score, brilliant acrobatics and cleverly executed clowning, will be staged in July. Only limited tickets are available for purchase due to overwhelming demand.

Talented young Australian acrobatic clown Tom Flanagan plays a bumbling and comical projectionist who distributes popcorn and screens a film single-handedly at Cinema Kaput. How will he deal with a temperamental projector and a movie screen with a big, big hole? The projectionist resorts to ladders, planks, a vacuum cleaner and even audience members to sort out the growing mess. "KAPUT" is a fun show that can delight adults and children alike.

Tom Flanagan graduated from the internationally renowned circus school Flying Fruit Fly Circus. He has risen to stardom through a series of standout performances at various festivals. When "KAPUT" debuted at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2012, it received great critical acclaim including being named among the Scotsman's picks for top comedy show.

"KAPUT" is one of the programmes of the summer festival International Arts Carnival (IAC). Tickets are available for the following performances:
