The opening ceremony of the Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Centre was held today (June 18). Also held today was a Fun Day entitled "ICH Fun @ Sam Tung Uk", during which visitors could learn to make traditional cha kwo (steamed sticky rice dumplings).   Close
