S for IT expresses condolences on death of Mr Stanley Lau

The Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Mr Nicholas W. Yang, today (June 12) expressed his deep condolence over the death of Mr Stanley Lau.
"Mr Lau has been tirelessly serving the industrial and the innovation and technology sectors for many years. Since July 2015, Mr Lau served as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Productivity Council and contributed enormously to the upgrading and transformation of Hong Kong's economy. His departure is a great loss to the industrial and the innovation and technology sectors."
"I am saddened at the passing away of Mr Stanley Lau and would wish to extend my deep condolence to his family," Mr Yang said.
