The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for a three-year tenancy of the government canteen on the ground mezzanine floor, Lok Ma Chau Terminus, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line Control Point, Lok Ma Chau, and two separate three-year tenancies of the government properties at (i) Shop No. 1 and (ii) Shop No. 18 on Podium Level 2 of Shun Lee Disciplined Services Quarters, 32 Lee On Road, Kwun Tong.
The property in Lok Ma Chau should be used for canteen purposes only, while the properties in Kwun Tong should be used for the following purposes only:
Shop No. Permitted Uses
1 Retail/provision of services
(excluding TV/Internet game centre,
off-course betting centre and
mahjong school).
18 (i) Retail/provision of services
(excluding TV/Internet game centre,
off-course betting centre and
mahjong school); or
(ii) Eating outlet; or
(iii) The combination of both (i)
and (ii).
The tender notices were uploaded today (May 13) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website.
Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before May 20 this year for the property in Lok Ma Chau, and by calling 2594 7654 on or before May 26 this year for the properties in Kwun Tong.
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box on the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on June 8 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
