**********************************************************

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department will hold the community thematic carnival Joy to Kwai Tsing this Sunday (May 15) from 3pm to 6pm at Kwai Luen Estate Community Park in Kwai Tsing District. The event will feature a variety of entertaining performances and activities, and admission is free.

During the carnival, magician Harry Wong and his friends Anjo Leung, Artemus Wong, Dan Lee, Carson Leung and Winnie Yip will stage an exciting magic show. Other performing groups will entertain audiences with choir singing, ocarina, accordion and handbell performances, energetic dance performances and a funny clown show.

Story stalls will also be set up and stall owners will share their travelling experiences with carnival-goers. Members of the public may join workshops to enjoy making enzyme cleaner and potted paper plants, or take part in an improvised music activity.

In addition, elderly people from Kwai Tsing District will read storybooks to children at a storytelling corner. There will also be an interactive theatre show, "In Search of Happiness", for children to experience the fun of performing. Artists will move around the park to entertain the public with face painting, magic and balloon twisting.
