As regards the application for a Temporary Places of Public Entertainment Licence (TPPEL) in relation to a music event to be held at Central Harbourfront Event Space, Lung Wo Road, Central, a spokesman for the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) said today (April 29) that as the organiser has complied with the relevant licensing requirements, the FEHD has issued a TPPEL for the event today.
After the site visit by the Fire Services Department (FSD) and relevant government departments this evening, it is confirmed that the organiser has met the requirements on fire safety with the remedial measures taken and FSD has issued the fire service certificate to the organiser. The FEHD, in consultation with other relevant departments, agreed that the organiser had also complied with relevant licensing requirements of the departments concerned. The TPPEL has been issued to the organiser.
