Police are anxious to locate the relatives of a man who was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Tseung Kwan O this morning (April 28).
About 5.05am, the man was found lying on the carriageway near 88 O King Road. A bicycle was found beside him.
The man sustained serious head injuries and was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in unconscious state.
He is about 70 to 80 years old, 1.7 metres tall and of medium build. He has a pointed face with yellow complexion and is bald. He was wearing a light grey T-shirt with short sleeves, black shorts and light blue sports shoes. No identity document was found in his possession.
Investigation by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon East is underway.
Police urge relatives of the man and anyone who witnessed the accident or has any information to offer to contact the investigating officers at 2305 7560 or 2305 7500.
