SHA congratulates Cheung Ka-long on winning championship in men's foil individual at Asian Fencing Championships

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, today (April 14) extended his congratulations to Hong Kong fencer Cheung Ka-long for winning a gold medal in the men's foil individual at the 2016 Asian Fencing Championships. He is the first Hong Kong fencer to win the gold medal in the event.
Mr Lau said, "With his exceptional performance in the event, Cheung Ka-long has fully showcased his talent. His top-notch performance has gained glory for Hong Kong and impressed many of us. His success also brings encouragement to the development of fencing in Hong Kong."
