CE meets Acting Chairman of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (with photo)

The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, met the visiting Acting Chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Ms Bu Xiaolin, at Government House this afternoon (April 10) to exchange views on issues of mutual concern.
Mr Leung said that Hong Kong and Inner Mongolia enjoy close economic and trade ties. Hong Kong could act as a "super-connector" and offer an excellent platform for enterprises in Inner Mongolia to expand businesses overseas.
He said he hoped that the two places could complement each other's strengths and further enhance exchanges and co-operation on economic and trade fronts and in other areas.
