The spokesperson for Kowloon East Cluster (KEC) of the Hospital Authority announced today (March 30) that the Lam Tin Community Nursing Service (CNS) Sub-Office, located at 203A, 2/F, Kwong Tin Shopping Centre, Kwong Tin Estate, will be relocated to G/F, Ambulatory Care Block, Tseung Kwan O Hospital, with effect from April 1 due to operational arrangements.
The service hours and telephone numbers of the office will remain unchanged, with service hours from 8am to 5pm every Monday to Saturday. Patients can contact office staff at 2349 7671 for further enquiries.
The Lam Tin CNS Sub-Office mainly delivers outreach services by providing nursing care and treatment for discharged patients through home visits. Office staff have already informed patients about the relocation.
