Police are investigating a murder case in Tsuen Wan yesterday (March 29) in which a man died.
A woman made a report to the Police on March 6 that she had lost contact with a 28-year-old male friend.
Police went to a unit on 2-6 Fui Yiu Kok Street in Tsuen Wan for investigation yesterday afternoon. A cubic metre of cement was found in the unit and odd smell was detected.
Firemen arrived at the scene and cracked open the cement cube with tools in which a male body was found underneath.
Upon investigation, Police arrested a 24-year-old man in Tsuen Wan, a 16-year-old girl and a 21-year-old man in Sau Mau Ping for conspiracy to commit murder in the small hours today (March 30). They are now being detained for enquiries.
Police are verifying the identity of the deceased. Post mortem examinations will be conducted later to ascertain his cause of death.
Investigation by the District Crime Squad of Tsuen Wan District is underway.
