The Labour Department will hold a Thematic Job Fair for Broadcasting Industry at Tsuen Wan Job Centre on March 22 (Tuesday).
A total of five broadcasting organisations will participate in the Job Fair, including I-Cable Communications Limited, Le Shi Internet Information & Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, PCCW Media Limited, Television Broadcasts Limited and Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK). The four private organisations will provide about 200 vacancies for interested job seekers, including the employees of Asia Television Limited, to apply and attend on-the-spot interviews. In addition, RTHK will set up a booth at the venue to provide information on its job openings and application procedures.
The vacancies offered by the participating organisations cover a wide range of positions in the broadcasting industry such as producer, production assistant, content programming, lighting, engineer, technician and IT officer, as well as administrative, sales and clerical positions. Job seekers can find more information on the department's Interactive Employment Service website (www.jobs.gov.hk).
The Job Fair will be held from 10am to 4pm at 2/F, Tsuen Wan Government Offices, 38 Sai Lau Kok Road, Tsuen Wan. Interview time slots will be allocated by distributing chits on a first-come, first-served basis on the spot. Admission is free and no reservation is required.
