The spokesperson for Kowloon West Cluster (KWC) today (March 13) announced that the Lady Trench General Out-patient Clinic will resume services on March 20 (Sunday) at its original site at 213 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, upon completion of renovation works. The service hours will remain unchanged (details are appended).
According to the spokesperson, due to the renovation works, the Clinic was temporarily relocated to 5/F, Block C, Yan Chai Hospital, Tsuen Wan, since August 23 last year. Following the resumption of clinic services at its original site, the temporary, relocated clinic will cease operation with effect from March 20 (Sunday).
Patients with chronic illnesses requiring follow-up have already been informed and arrangements made for them to attend follow-up appointment at the original clinic site. Patients with episodic illnesses can make an appointment via the Telephone Appointment System (tel: 3157 0107) as usual.
"KWC has already informed the residents in the district about the service arrangement through various channels, including hanging a banner outside the renovating clinic and posting a notice in the temporary relocated clinic. The respective District Council has also been informed. A reminder message will also be added to the Telephone Appointment System of the Lady Trench General Out-patient Clinic," the spokesperson added.
