Hong Kong Museum of History to hold public consultation meetings on revamping permanent exhibition

     The "Hong Kong Story" permanent exhibition at the Hong Kong Museum of History has been well received and has welcomed more than 8 million visitors since its opening in 2001. In consideration of the expanding museum collections and new display techniques, the permanent exhibition will undergo a major renovation. Two public consultation meetings will be held to collect public views on the renovation.

     Details are as follows:

Dates: March 12 (Saturday) and April 3 (Sunday)
Time: 2.30pm to 5pm
Venue: Lecture Hall, G/F, Hong Kong Museum of History, 100 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

     Both public consultation meetings will be conducted in Cantonese. The Lecture Hall will open 15 minutes before the start of each meeting. Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
