Senior Police Call celebrates 2nd Anniversary (with photos)

A total of 333 Senior Police Call (SPC) members together sew badges on 9,999 scarves, making a record of "Most people sewing simultaneously" in the Guinness World Records to celebrate the SPC Second Anniversary today (February 5).
