SEN to visit Beijing

The Secretary for the Environment, Mr Wong Kam-sing, will depart for Beijing tomorrow afternoon (February 3) to call on the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP).
On February 4, Mr Wong will meet with officials of the NDRC to exchange views on the progress of multilateral co-operation on combating climate change.
Mr Wong will also meet with officials of the MEP to discuss environmental issues of mutual concern.
Mr Wong will conclude his visit and depart for Hong Kong the same afternoon.
