"Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning schools:
As the abnormal weather is expected to continue, classes of kindergartens, schools for children with physical disability, schools for children with intellectual disability and primary schools will be suspended today (January 25). These schools, however, should keep their premises open and implement contingency measures to look after students who need to return to school.
As regards secondary schools, the Education Bureau calls on parents to prepare enough warm clothes for students. Schools are required to pay attention to the physical condition of their students, and to consider suspending outdoor activities in order to safeguard the health of students."
