CS cheers for Hong Kong cycling athletes at world cup event (with photos)

The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam, watched events involving Hong Kong athletes at the 2015-2016 UCI Track Cycling World Cup Hong Kong (Track Cycling World Cup Hong Kong ) at the Hong Kong Velodrome today (January 17).
