| A total of 26 Hong Kong athletes will take part in the 13th National Winter Games (NWG) to be held in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region late this month. The Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs, Mrs Betty Fung (front row, fourth left), presented the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) flag to the Hong Kong Delegation today (January 6) at Mega Ice, Kowloon Bay.
