Appeal for information on missing man in Chai Wan (with photo)

     Police today (January 5) appealed to the public for information on a man who went missing in Chai Wan.

     Chan Wai-lam, aged 60, went missing after he left his residence on King¡¦s Road in the afternoon on December 30, 2015. His family made a report to police on January 1 this year.

     He is about 1.7 metres tall, 50 kilograms in weight and of thin build. He has a round face with yellow complexion and short straight black hair. He was last seen wearing black jacket, blue shirt, trousers in khaki colour and carrying a hiking stick and a dark-coloured rucksack.

     Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man or may have seen him is urged to contact the Regional Missing Persons Unit of Hong Kong Island on 2860 1044 or 9886 0034 or email to rmpu-hki@police.gov.hk, or contact any Police station.
