Police will implement special traffic arrangements to facilitate a public event to be held in Tai Po this Sunday (December 27).
The following road sections will be closed from 7am to 10am (except for authorised vehicles):
- Ting Kok Road between Tai Mei Tuk Road and Bride¡¦s Pool Road;
- Bride¡¦s Pool Road between Ting Kok Road and Wu Kau Tang Road; and
- Tai Mei Tuk Road from a point about 100 metres south of its junction with the entrance of Tai Mei Tuk Bus Terminus to Tai Mei Tuk Water Sports Centre.
The cycle track along Tai Mei Tuk Road will be intermittently closed from 3am to noon.
Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the area. Motorists are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions of the Police on site.
