Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Kowloon City this evening (December 20) in which a 73-year-old woman was killed.
About 6.40pm, a private car driven by a 73-year-old woman reportedly rammed against a wall when it drove out from a parking lot in Stafford Road.
The private car driver was trapped inside the compartment and rescued by firemen. She sustained no apparent injuries and was rushed to Kwong Wah Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 7.44pm.
Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon West are under way.
