The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the purchase of the whole parcel of the government property (the Property) in the building now known as Trade and Industry Department Tower (formerly known as Argyle Centre Tower II), No.700 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The tender notice was gazetted today (December 11).
The Property has a total gross floor area of about 26,411 square metres. Shops on the ground floor of the Property will be sold subject to existing tenancies while the remaining portion of the commercial space of the Property will be sold with vacant possession.
The Property will be open for inspection by interested parties on the following dates:
(i) December 16, 2015 (Wednesday)
(ii) December 21, 2015 (Monday)
(iii) December 30, 2015 (Wednesday)
(iv) January 6, 2016 (Wednesday)
Interested parties are required to make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency (call 2594 7733) at least three working days before any of the above dates for arranging an inspection.
Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31st Floor, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays), or can be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk .
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on Friday, January 8, 2016. Late tenders will not be accepted.
