The Labour Department (LD) will hold a public talk entitled "First Aid Care in the Workplace" on December 14 (Monday). The talk will introduce basic knowledge of first aid care and the management of common injuries in the workplace through case illustrations.
The talk will be held at 6.45pm in Activity Room 1, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The LD's Occupational Health Nurse will give the talk.
The LD will hold another talk entitled "Work and Healthy Lifestyle" on December 17 (Thursday). The talk will discuss ways to adopt a healthy lifestyle, including having a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate rest and effective stress management. Demonstration of workplace exercise will also be included.
The talk will be held at 3pm in Lecture Room 1, Tuen Mun Town Hall, 3 Tuen Hei Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories. The LD's Occupational Health Nurse will give the talk.
The talks will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
