The Secretary for the Environment, Mr Wong Kam-sing, started his duty visit to Paris on December 3 (Paris time). He began his itinerary by attending the Buildings Day of the 21st session of the Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, at which he took the opportunity to understand how the construction of new and existing buildings has been coping with climate change.   Close
