The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) today (November 27) invited tenders for the contract for the traffic control and surveillance system works of the Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point.
The works mainly comprise design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of a traffic control and surveillance system for the connecting road linking up the Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point and the existing Fanling Highway.
The works are scheduled to commence in April 2016 to facilitate the commissioning of the Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point in 2018.
The CEDD has commissioned AECOM Asia Company Limited to supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the tender forms and other particulars from the company at 8/F, Tower 2, Grand Central Plaza, 138 Sha Tin Rural Committee Road, Sha Tin.
The invitation to tender was gazetted today. The closing time for the tender is noon on January 8, 2016.
