Fatal traffic accident in Castle Peak

     Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Castle Peak this afternoon (November 24) in which a 41-year-old man died.
 
     At about 3.15pm, a light goods vehicle (LGV) driven by the 41-year-old man was traveling along southbound San On Street. When reaching near No. 15, San On Street, it reportedly collided with another LGV and two medium goods vehicles stopped at the roadside.
 
     After the impact, the 41-year-old man was found unconscious. A 54-year-old female passenger of his LGV and the 55-year-old male driver of the other LGV sustained slight injuries. They were sent to Tuen Mun Hospital where the 41-year-old man was certified dead at 4.18pm.
 
     Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories North are underway.
