The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Professor Anthony Cheung Bing-leung, will depart for Beijing on Friday evening (November 20).
During his stay in Beijing, on Saturday (November 21) Professor Cheung will join the Secretary for Justice, Mr Rimsky Yuen, SC, and other government officials to meet with officials of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council to exchange views on matters concerning co-location arrangements at the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link. He will return to Hong Kong in the evening on the same day.
During his absence, the Under Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Yau Shing-mu, will be the Acting Secretary for Transport and Housing.
