SED to officiate at opening ceremony of national technological competition for university students

The Secretary for Education, Mr Eddie Ng Hak-kim, will leave for Guangzhou this afternoon (November 17) to officiate at the opening ceremony of the 14th Challenge Cup Final, a national competition of extra-curricular academic and technological projects by university students.
At the opening ceremony to be held at 8pm at the Guangdong University of Technology, Mr Ng will join Mainland senior officials in witnessing the participation of Mainland and Hong Kong university students in the event aimed at promoting technological and innovative concepts.
Mr Ng will return to Hong Kong tonight.
