Following is the speech by the Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, at the opening ceremony of InnoCarnival 2015 at the Hong Kong Science Park this afternoon (October 31):
Let me also welcome Mr Mikael Stamming and the delegation from Region Skane of Sweden, who have come all the way to join the InnoCarnival. I am really excited to know that they have launched their own InnoCarnival in Sweden, which was also well received. We look forward to the continued collaboration between Hong Kong and Sweden in innovative technologies and other fields.
