The Labour Department has called for enrolment for the seminar on the Employment Ordinance on December 1, 2015 (Tuesday) at 2.15pm at the Multi-purpose Hall of Henry G. Leong Yaumatei Community Centre, 60 Public Square Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon.
The main provisions of the Employment Ordinance (including wages, leave and termination of contract, etc.) and points to note for the employment of foreign domestic helpers, the Minimum Wage Ordinance and employer's obligation under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance and the amendment to the Ordinance in 2015 will be introduced.
The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese and admission is free. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and the enrolment deadline is November 24. The enrolment form can be downloaded from the department's website (www.labour.gov.hk). For enquiries, please call 2399 2386.
