Man holding charged with manslaughter

Police holding charged a 49-year-old man with one count of manslaughter. An 80-year-old man died in the case.
Police arrested the 49-year-old man in Tuen Mun yesterday (October 27). Investigations revealed that the 49-year-old man, who was admitted to Kowloon Hospital, attacked the 80-year-old man, who was admitted to the same hospital, on September 18, 2012.
The 80-year-old man was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 07.58am on November 5, 2012.
The 49-year old man appeared before Kowloon City Magistrates’ Courts today (October 28).
