Police will implement the following special traffic arrangements in Central between 7am and 11.30am on October 21 (Wednesday) to facilitate the holding of ˇ§Ceremony to commemorate those who died in the defence of Hong Kongˇ¨:
Road closure
- Northern section of Edinburgh Place outside of City Hall; and
- Leftmost lane of northbound Edinburgh Place between City Hall Car Park and the northern section of Edinburgh Place.
Traffic diversion
- Traffic along northbound Edinburgh Place cannot turn left to westbound Edinburgh Place.
Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the area. Motorists are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions of the Police on site.
