The Lands Department announced today (October 9) that a site, Tai Po Town Lot No. 221 at Shan Tong Road, Lai Chi Shan, Tai Po, New Territories, in the 2015-16 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on October 16 and close on November 27.
Tai Po Town Lot No. 221 has a site area of about 37,696 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 64,260 sq m and 107,100 sq m respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by October 16, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
