The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for a three-year tenancy of a government property at the upper deck and the eastern side of the lower deck of Kwun Tong Passenger Ferry Pier, Kwun Tong.
The property should be used for the following purposes only:
(i) a pier for the berthing of the tenant's vessels; and
(ii) any one or a combination of the following to be operated only in kiosks, subject to prior written approval of the landlord: convenience store; supermarket; retail shop.
The Tender Notice was uploaded today (October 9) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website.¡@
Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the site should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7654 on or before October 23 this year.
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the G/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on November 2 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
