The Chairman of the Major Sports Events Committee, Mr William Ko (second left), today (September 19) presented a plaque of the 100th "M" Mark event to the organiser of the 2015-2016 UCI Track Cycling World Cup Hong Kong, the Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China.
