Sham Shui Po footbridge lift installation plan gazetted

     The Government published in the Gazette today (September 4) the proposed installation of three lifts at the footbridge (No. KF69) across Lai Chi Kok Road and Tonkin Street in Sham Shui Po. The works are part of the Universal Accessibility Programme.

     The suggested works are set out in the Annex. Members of the public can inspect the plan and scheme of the works at the following government offices during office hours:

Central and Western District Office,
Public Enquiry Service Centre,
G/F, Harbour Building,
38 Pier Road, Central, Hong Kong

Sham Shui Po District Office,
Public Enquiry Service Centre,
G/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices,
303 Cheung Sha Wan Road,
Sham Shui Po, Kowloon

District Lands Office,
Kowloon East and Kowloon West,
10/F, Yau Ma Tei Carpark Building,
250 Shanghai Street, Kowloon

     The gazette notice and location plan will be available at
www.thb.gov.hk/eng/psp/publications/transport/gazette/gazette.htm .
     
     Any person who wishes to object to the proposed works or the use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on or before November 3, 2015.
