| To tie in with the "Keep Clean 2015@Hong Kong: Our Home" Campaign, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) will implement a series of initiatives in addition to its continuous efforts to keep all venues clean, including stepping up cleaning at three beaches that are more prone to marine refuse accumulation, namely Hoi Mei Wan Beach in Tsuen Wan District and Pui O Beach and Hung Shing Yeh Beach in Islands District.
