First batch of persons in custody obtain certificates for Elementary Dim Sum Making training course (with photos)

Nineteen persons in custody who completed the first Elementary Dim Sum Making Certificate Course at Tong Fuk Correctional Institution were presented with certificates today (July 16). Photo shows noted chef Mr Jacky Yu (left) presenting a certificate to a person in custody.
