ICAC stages anti-graft lessons
******************************

The younger generation can play a crucial role in encouraging intolerance towards corruption. With this is in mind, the Independent Commission Against Corruption has invited the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre to lead interactive drama workshops at secondary schools to raise awareness among youths about the damage corruption causes to society.

The drama troupe has performed two ICAC skits in about 300 secondary schools this academic year.

News.gov.hk spoke to the ICAC's Principal Youth and Education Officer, who explained how dramatising corruption scenarios has helped students understand the city's anti-corruption laws and better equipped them to face moral dilemmas in future.

The story appears on news.gov.hk today (July 12) in both text and video format.
