The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, will visit Beijing from July 12 to 13 to meet with relevant officials on the development of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative.
Joining the visit will be the Director of the Chief Executive's Office, Mr Edward Yau; the Director of Information Services, Mr Patrick Nip; the Private Secretary to the Chief Executive, Mr Carlson Chan; the Senior Special Assistant to the Chief Executive, Mr Chan Kin-ping; and the Assistant Director (Media), Mr Anson Lai.
Mr Leung will return to Hong Kong in the evening of July 13. During his absence, the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam, will be the Acting Chief Executive.
