This can cause serious congestion in our telephone networks. Please be patient if your initial calls are unsuccessful. Wait two or three minutes and try again. Non-stop redialling should be avoided as this can further burden the networks. Pay attention to TV and radio broadcasts for the latest news and information about weather conditions."
