     As the Hong Kong Observatory expects that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no. 8 is likely to be issued within two hours, classes of all schools are suspended today. Schools should implement contingency measures to ensure the safety of students. They should ensure that conditions are safe before allowing students to return home.
